What People Are Saying
from Google"We loved this place! The guy who helped us was one of the kindest and friendliest people you could ever want to meet. We had such a fabulous brunch here! We were set for walking the Haight Ashbury district after that feast. And very reasonably priced, which is a nice treat compared to many places in SF. We also ordered a few drinks so that upped the tab, but you feel like you can splurge when the prices are so moderate. We also loved sitting in the patio area! We ordered the San Pancho crepe, the fish tacos, and the funky monkey crepe for dessert. All of it was fantastic!"
"We were supposed to eat in a different cafe but because of difficult street parking in the area, we ended up here… and it was a good thing! While there was nothing special or unique about the menu, our orders were served hot, fresh and fast. The serving size is good for sharing so my husband and I shared each of our orders and our kid enjoyed the plateful of fries. The patio seating was a plus! It created a pleasant breakfast experience for us. One thing I personally wanted (and I guess for all other restaurants and cafes I’ve been to) is that they serve the coffee hot, not warm. My husband said most restaurants are cautious of serving piping hot coffee due to lawsuit concerns involving burning. It was not a big deal but I would have enjoyed my entire meal more if my coffee was hot (and also for the rest of restaurants I have been to). The staff, while manning the guests alone, was super cheerful and efficient."
"surprisingly bad chicken eggs benedict- premade chicken, rubbery egg, soggy frozen english muffin (lots of water came out of chicken and soaked it). sugary, powder-obvious chai tea. :/ dingy as diners are, which was fine. bad food was demoralizing because the vibes were otherwise impeccable maybe just an errant experience but i won’t go again. diner across street has amazing real fried chicken in contrast"
"Tasty, large crepes. Dog friendly, heated back patio. Vegetarian friendly. I recommend the San Pancho, hold the sausage."
"$18 for a breakfast burrito that was almost all egg. No flavor or protein."
