"Absolutely delicious! I come here occasionally and try different pastries, but my favorite is a bun filled with cream. This time I had mango coconut one and it was so delicate in taste and refreshing."

"Came here during that japanese cherry blossom festival so it was PACKED! The line was pretty long and the service had to be quick. Unfortunately because of how busy they were, due to the festival, we felt very rushed. The special items they had displayed on boards were no longer available and were not marked as such. And to top that off we didn't have time to look at the bakery choices in the case due to being rushed to order. We missed some items we would have chosen to get. So we ended up just chosing to get a red bean cake and what we thought was a melon pan but was actually strawberry. We really wanted to try the matcha melon pan and the cube croissant, but sadly and understandably gone. Hopefully our next visit we will get to try some of the specials and have a bit more time to look at the options when ordering. Of course about 30 minutes later the line had died down because the festival ended and all the items we missed we were able to see. Next time!"

"I'm not sure if it's just this location, but their service is beyond awful. The times I've been with my friends (we're Asian and teens), literally only 2 of the workers offered decent customer service. The system of where they take your order is so confusing, and after understanding that they want you to line up behind the bread case, they never serve you. The short asian worker who is elder is so rude; she never took my or my friend's order, she skipped us to serve the white folk behind us in line. This is not the first time. She told me to wait behind this area the first time I went and I did, and she never took my order. Some other worker who cooks in the back was kind and took my order with a smile. I went today for a slice of cake, and this other asian worker who is younger than the last lady took my order at the bread case, and asked me if I wanted anything besides a slice of cake, and I said no. Thinking she'd cue me to the register, I waited. But she didn't and instead began fixing one of the baskets on the display adjacent to the bread case for a solid 3 minutes before asking me again if I wanted anything. No I did not want anything besides the cake slice I said that before when she asked me before. Like why are you fixing something midway of taking my order. I work in a customer service job and even I have been trained that the bare minimum is to greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome. I have literally never felt welcomed here rather I felt unwelcome because I am asian, a teen, not white or a tourist. It's a shame because the food here is not bad, but I would prefer to not revist a place that does not welcome their customers. I write this review with a lot of pent up anger because again, this is not the first time they have shown me their service is god awful."

"Simple spot, they have a huge selection of pastries and some cakes and desserts. Everything looks good, but I have only tried their Tiramisu. And it was good! They also have tables in the corner of the establishment, which helps with finding a place to eat at!"
