"I love Andytown but this location needs some quality improvement. The drinks are steamed way too hot. They don’t have ceramic cups (only for espresso). My oat cap was scalding. The matcha is not good quality. Generically mediocre service. Too bad, I won’t be back."

"I’ve given the Harrison Andytown location multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. The main issue is that they refuse to make the one food item they actually have on the menu, offering excuses like “the kitchen is closed” (even when it’s still hours before closing) or claiming they’re short-staffed, despite staff clearly just standing around or on their phones. To make matters worse, a few of the employees have incredibly off-putting attitudes. There’s zero sense of warmth or welcome, something you’d expect at a neighborhood coffee spot. Skip this location and take your business to another Andytown. This one doesn’t seem to care about customer experience at all."

"I LOVE Andy town. But something is wrong in this location. I work in the neighborhood and literally anytime I ask for a food item the kitchen is “closed” has been for months now. I’m just confused why they even have it up since it’s never offered anymore. This isn’t once or twice like a dozen times over months now. People working always seem rude and short when anyone asked for anything on the food menu. I just went in, only customer and the person working was on their phone and just shortly and rudely said kitchen was closed. 2 hours before closing time. Anyways I love Andy town again and I go to the other locations often just disappointed in this one."

"I've been coming into this Andytown almost everyday since they've opened, and I can't say enough great things. The baristas all know me and are so kind to me and my dog. They are also so knowledgable about their coffee and have given me so many great tips to up my at home coffee game. All of that would be enough to keep me coming back, but they also serve the best coffee in the area :)"
