"Good vibes in a cool location. I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately, the espresso drinks are mediocre without the price to match. I ordered a latte, it was pretty watered down/under extracted and the steamed milk texture was off (too much big bubbles, not enough micro-foam). This place has a lot of potential to be great: I recommend to the owners that the espresso setup be tuned and the baristas be trained by a professional. For now recommend skipping it if just looking for a proper latte."

"Adorable and cozy neighborhood cafe with ample seating, relaxed vibes, and a super friendly staff! I dropped by Bernie’s on a Sunday morning to fuel up on caffeine before heading to Twin Peaks, and it was the perfect pit stop. I was greeted by beautiful and luscious plants, super upbeat and relaxing music, and the very friendly and cheerful owner. I just grabbed an americano before continuing on, but I’d love to come back and settle in for a bit. The space is lovely, and they have a ton of used books for sale from The Annex, so it’s a great place to hang out to read or work. The coffee was tasty and not too acidic."
