from Google"I got tempted by the robot barista! We are from NJ and there was this same robot (or a similar one) at the science center solving Rubik’s cubes. Now it’s making coffee! I got a dirty matcha latte iced, and it was pretty bitter. Tasted much better once I stirred it. $7 a little expensive but not as bad as I thought it would be. I loved watching the robot make it though, there is so much enjoyment while he carefully takes the cup and places it. He dances around and moves his mechanical arms and waves too. It’s cute! Buy it once at least :)"
"I stumbled upon CafeX near baggage claim and felt a strange mix of curiosity and sympathy for the poor robot barista—looked like it had just finished a long-haul flight itself and stretching and flexing its muscles. Out of sheer empathy (and a slight caffeine withdrawal), I scanned the QR code and ordered a Pumpkin Chai Latte. The ordering was slick, but watching the robot “work” was the real entertainment. Imagine a bored hibachi chef performing with invisible knives—equal parts acrobatics and existential crisis. It stretched, spun, and flexed its metallic arm like it was auditioning for “So You Think You Can Brew?” The latte? So so. A bit pricey, but you’re paying for the show… and perhaps for the robot’s therapy fund. Worth trying once, if only to witness the future of mildly depressed automation in action. If there more people ordering it would stretch the lines longer than in Starbucks."
"This totally robotic coffee machine is a complete show with several Coffee and matcha options. You can order at a machine shop e or by app. After receiving the coffee, there are several chairs Accessible restrooms in central airport area."
"This is now a great deal and totally worth it! This machine has been here for a few years but was mostly a gimmick because it was making bad coffee and the only notable thing about it was the robot arm. Now they’re using Onyx beans, and I’m happy to report that the quality is way, way better, and most likely the best coffee you’ll find in SFO. Really happy with the change and will be using it going forward!"
"Save your money and dont get tempted by the robot. It takes forever for him to make you a drink. The price is ridicioulus for what you get. I think I never spent so much money for a very small Matcha Latte like here. It is a joke. The Crispy Brownie is discusting and not edible. Tried to take two bites and gave up. Its like trying to eat a solid brick. Absolute waste of money."
