"I pass this cute little bistro regularly and it was a friend who wanted to try it. I’m so glad that we went. We got in right before the lunch rush; even still, the service ran smoothly and quickly for those who needed to get in and out. I ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich…omg, it was so good!! I could only eat half but ate the other half for dinner. My friends had the chicken chipotle bowl. It was huge!! It looked great!! They highly recommended it for the future."

"This is my second Caffe Central—and I loved it just as much as the one in Burlingame! The coffee is excellent, the food is delicious, and you can go either fancy or quick depending on your mood. Super versatile. This location has a very modern, SF vibe—perfect for starting a productive workday or meeting up with a friend. I parked in the public lot behind it and accidentally came in through the hospital (oops), but there is a proper front entrance! If you’re looking for a cozier, more relaxed afternoon coffee spot, I’d still say the Burlingame location is my favorite—but this one is awesome in its own way."

"Arrived early as it gets very busy. Got a San Francisco plate with 2 eggs fruit plate and toast. Food is really good and they have all the food displayed on the counter if you are not sure what to get. Next time I am going to get scrambled eggs crepe..... Mmmm ... Saw some other customers getting it. Big choice of coffee hot or cold. Lots of pastries and other sweet things. My place to go to in central San Francisco. You might need to wait to get a table as it is very very busy."

"Isiting UCSF and found this great breakfast/lunch place that is really chill. The tuna with egg sando was an open face sandwich on fresh crusty bread with a spicy tuna mix piled high with on top with tomato and a whole sliced egg. It was served with a large portion of spring mix salad. The classic French sando was on fresh baguette with ham, lettuce, and tomato with a Dijon mayo spread. Service was fast and they even have outdoor seating!"

"Cute café near Union Square. I’m surprised it doesn’t have more reviews, but may be easy to miss because it’s small. Not a lot of room for a large groups, but worth getting takeout if your group doesn’t fit. Outdoor seating available. Large menu. Best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Delicious crêpes on the menu and the sweet specialty coffee was delicious. If you like smoked salmon, I recommend getting the lox bagel. 10/10"
