"I finally got a proper barista-grade coffee here — professionally made and definitely good quality. The place was extremely busy when I arrived, so I’m not sure if it was just the timing (maybe the office crowd on break) or if it’s always like that. I had to wait quite a while to place my order, and then again until it was ready. The coffee itself was good and fairly priced, though once again it was served too hot — a common issue in the U.S. Coffee shouldn’t be burning hot, because overly high temperatures hurt the flavor and make both the espresso and the milk taste flatter and more bitter. So that was a bit disappointing. What really stood out, however, was that the staff member at the register was quite unfriendly, which definitely affects the overall experience. Good coffee, but the long wait times, overly hot drink, and unfriendly service bring the rating down."

"I was looking for a yummy and cozy latte and they did not disappoint! I got a decaf vanilla latte and it was delicious. I'm also a sucker for great latte art and this was excellent 👌🏽! Love that it's easy to get to (from my hotel) and the service was quick around 7:15 am. Also love that they post their wifi info throughout the place instead of just by the cashier like other places."

"I have been buying coffee at flywheel for about a year. Coffee was great, service was great until today. This morning the barista guy had an attitude because I put my packaged food at the corner of the counter, where he could barely reach. Asked me to move it without any manners. It’s amazing how one employee can ruin a business. So far with me, they lost about 1k a year. Please let me know when the staff is friendly again, because you’ve worked hard to get a quality coffee off the ground."

"Lovely space with good vegan options. The sunlight pouring in, the smooth jazz music, and the charming old building made for a romantic coffee date experience. I enjoyed a delicious oat milk latte and vegan (!) hibiscus donut. Nice staff and the prices were expected for the location. Will be back for the immaculate vibes ✨ Edit: stopping in for a quick espresso shot as a pre-workout caffeine boost is ideal on a Saturday morning! ☕"

"Got a cup of Ethiopian pour over, honestly one of the best cups of coffee I've had in months. Friendly crew & even heard one of my favorite songs while I waited! Definitely stopping thru again next time I'm nearby"
