"Early January 2026 Local cafe located at the SFO public departures area Airport food is a tricky endeavor given their expected elevated pricing and low turnover of sales given their location Unfortunately the basic quality of the cafe is a bit lacking in terms of the displays and the crafted food serving sizes A green smoothie order took too long as it wasn't processed at a first in first out basis Service staff was limited and mayhave perhaps contributed to delays and a lack of basic customer service etiquette as well as notable so clean premises Unfortunately the same level of low maintenance can be generally experienced at this section of the airport. Post check in areas are much more diverse and well maintained Ideal for qucik or last minute packaged purchases at their grab and go section"

"I got a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, and bacon on an English muffin and the total was $15.90! And it was absolutely disgusting. I had to force myself to eat what I could because I didn’t want to have wasted that much $$. Cheese and egg rubbery and cheese and bacon also hard in some spots. Muffin was really hard and I had to grind my teeth on it just to get a bite. So nasty. Never again"

"Ordered a small coffee. 12oz, $5.45 after taxes, fine. But they didn’t even fill the cup, and the coffee was lukewarm. I didn’t even bother to complain as they would have taken too long to brew another cup. Worst of all, while waiting for my drip coffee, I watched the barista drop his espresso wand thing into the garbage and he reached in, wiped it with a napkin and continued on to pull another shot of espresso for someone. Glad I didn’t order an espresso drink, but this is disgusting. Milk and cream left out on the counter, coffee and grind spilled all over the counter. This is a disgusting operation and should be avoided."

"There are a couple of Green Beans Coffee branches at SFO including this branch in the food court area at Terminal 3 (F Gates). They offer a typical range of coffees, non-coffee drinks as well as morning sandwiches and coffee shop pastry and desserts. I picked up a triple macchiato here during a recent layover. It wasn't very good, espresso was bitter, milk didn't help much and foam filled up the cup. It was a clumsy and poorly made macchiato. Wouldn't return."

"Really great coffee and fantastic service, despite very long line during morning rush hour, staff is so efficient that you get your drink in no time. Good food, juices, pastries and snacks selection for a quick bite while waiting for your flight or to go. Several vegetarian options were available. Not many coffee shops at Concourse F, but this is certainly good choice !"
