"Went on a Saturday afternoon. No other customers waiting. The girl working had very poor customer service. I ordered boba but instead of telling me the boba wasn’t ready yet, she used small boba and didn’t ask if I was ok with that first. I got four drinks so I asked for a tray, she put it in front of me and walked away, left the drinks on her side of the counter so I had to reach and put the drinks in the tray myself. Other Little Sweet locations they always ask if I want a tray and put the drinks in for me or put it in a bag. And when I thought it couldn’t get worse, I sipped up a piece of hair in my drink! Disgusting and unsanitary!"

"Love the drinks from here. There are lots of drinks in the menu. All look good. I tried Thai milk tea and which is perfect. The system is self-order through kios and no need human interaction. I like that."

"The coffee is incredibly high quality and delicious. But! 1. I really wanted to drink coffee. I remember that there was espresso here, but I don't remember them serving other espresso-based drinks. Like cappuccino. I think it would be great for lazy users like me to add a photo of the menu to Google Maps. 2. Very small selection of desserts. I bought coffee here, and went to Starbucks for dessert 😁 Make my life easier - add desserts."

"I work a few buildings near this location. I have been a loyal customer for the past couple of months. Today I ordered my typical drink and the girl at the cashier gave me the wrong drink. She tried to make me believe that I ordered what she gave me when it was not the case. Of course she was completely careless about my complain and refused to make me a new drink. Additionally, she had the nerve to give me unnecessary attitude. This is not the first time that the employees at this location do this to myself and my coworkers. I will happily spend my money at another location where they have professional employees that provide the appropriate customer service. This is absolutely unacceptable. I threw the drink in the nearest trash can and she was completely careless and blamed me for ordering the wrong bubble tea."
