"This is my favorite boba spot in the Potrero/Dogpatch area! Their boba is always the perfect soft chewy texture, with a sweet flavor that I love - it tastes almost like golden raisins to me. The staff used to be on the slower side in getting orders out, but lately my drink has been ready within minutes of ordering! Obviously it just depends on how busy they are. It's a small waiting area with bar seats, or you can explore around. Slow streets surrounding it, tucked into an office warehouse(?), a block away from crane cove park! Great for picking up a drink after a nice bike ride. Tip: Little Sweet is just the name - their drinks are a lotta sweet! I love 100% sweetness but for health reasons I go with 50%, which is still plenty. My go to drinks are the high mountain milk tea and jasmine green milk tea with nondairy creamer."

"I put in an order online for pick up today, paid for everything, but when I showed up to the actual store, no one was there. I made sure it was the correct address — I order here pretty frequently. No indication online or in-person that it was closed. No staff was there. I tried to call the number and it went straight to voicemail. It’s not a holiday today. Now I have no drinks, and i’m down by $20."

"I’ve tried this place a few times with my kiddos because it’s close, but everything we tried was lacking flavor or freshness. Smoothies and coffee are watered down, and the “cookie” on the menu is a stack of Oreos, ours were stale. Staff are nice and the place is clean, but it just isn’t it for us."
