"In town for a conference and still on East Coast time, so I was really glad to find a spot that opens at 6 a.m. Mo’z Café was exactly what I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly, and even with a steady line the service moved quickly. I ordered the eggs benedict with hash browns— the benedict was solid, though the hash browns were a bit bland for my taste, but luckily there was a good selection of hot sauce on the table. The real standout was the double espresso. It was excellent and absolutely hit the spot at 6 a.m. Great early-morning stop with welcoming staff and fast service!"

"In SFO for a conference and stopped here for a quick breakfast on the last day. My only regret is I didn't find it sooner. The food was amazing! Simple, flavorful, great portion size. The staff was great and the environment was perfect. The music in the back is at exactly the right level to add ambiance without causing disruption. Seating is well laid out for multiples or individuals. If I'm back in SFO, I'll be back here for sure!"

"Mo’z gets a no. Really disappointing. It’s pitched as a cheap and cheerful, happy-go-lucky spot in central San Francisco, but it misses the mark badly. While the ingredients seemed decent enough, the food itself was bland and uninspired, and the presentation was poor. The space is dark and uninviting (actually depressing), and the prices are surprisingly high for what you get, $22 for a very forgettable sandwich. The one positive was the server, who was genuinely nice and tried his best. Sadly, that’s not enough to make up for the rest. Definitely one to avoid. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"Ohhh what a lovely find!! I met a friend at Mo'z Cafe a few weeks ago and had such a memorable experience that I felt I needed to post about it. Mo is so terrific!! It was pretty busy already by 8am and a line of people waiting to put their orders in. What was so memorable is the smile and greeting he gave every person. Wow. I love that! I ordered a cappuccino and he made it right away. It was hot and had the foam on top and all. Perfect! I had nearly had most of my cappuccino when unbeknownst to me, Mo approached my table and gave me a second one. He wasn't pleased with the first one he gave me so he made another one when the lines died down a bit... I was speechless. If you're in the area, I highly recommend Mo'z Cafe! You'll be a valued customer right away... and the food looked amazing too!! It's super comfy and cozy inside too!"
