"I had a really disappointing experience at this truck. The line was a bit disorganized, but I found the end of it and waited behind some people. When it looked like it was finally my turn, the staff member called out a couple of drink pickups, so those customers stepped forward. I walked up at the same time to place my order, and he even acknowledged me. As soon as I finished saying what I wanted, he suddenly asked, “Where’d you come from?” in a way that made it sound like I had cut the line. I pointed out exactly where I’d been waiting, and instead of clearing things up, he told me I needed to wait until they called me up. It was confusing because he had just acknowledged me, so I assumed it was my turn. The whole interaction and comments felt unnecessarily aggressive and unwarranted. I ended up leaving without ordering because I didn’t feel comfortable continuing. I’ve never had an experience like this at any Philz location, and this one left a bad impression as if I was not welcomed."

"Ordered a coffee, paid, waited 10 minutes. I asked where my order was. No idea… they started making it 10 minutes after I ordered. I was the only customer standing there. Not sure how they could mess that up. Had the mojito iced coffee which was really good once I finally got it. For a $7 coffee, I expect them to not forget the only customer that was standing there…"

"Ok so, I liked the flavor profiles to help you make a decision with the coffee. And the ambrosia was pretty good. But the pastry, was stale and just not good. I ate maybe half cause I was hungry. Going to throw the rest in the garbage. Cause that’s where it belongs. Go for coffee. Not the pastries.🙏🏼"

"I have been using this place as my goto coffee place and croissant anytime we visit the city for years. The location is perfect - easy and near the Marina parking lot. Today, for some unknown reason the almond croissant was not at its best; the owner Greg was kind to give me a new one with no questioned asked. Yes - this place will always be our goto place for a quick coffee and bite. This review is long due 🙏🏼"
