"I really do appreciate having a smaller chain of coffee shops to support in the neighborhood, but I struggle consistently with the service given by the counter staff. They always seem to be upset or unwilling to provide service that is friendly. On multiple occasions, myself and some of my staff have gone over for a treat for the day and they always seem unwilling to be nice to any of us. I have been to multiple locations and this seems to be the only one that I ever have issues with. I really do want to continue to support, but don’t feel motivated to after the consistent demeanor of the staff."

"this place is awesome! really delicious coffee (i got a cappuccino) - which is a big compliment. the espresso was not bitter at all and the drink was really well made. i also got the breakfast burrito which was amazing - crispy tater tots really made it great. would highly recommend!"
