"I ordered two drinks from here today. The man that took my order was super polite and gave me suggestions for what to order given it was my first time trying their drinks. I paid and was told to wait 5-10 minutes, which was no problem. When I went to the other window a few minutes later, I saw what I assumed was my order being prepared (an iced oat ube latte and an iced oat latte). I noticed the guy making my drink poured regular milk into the latte, then call my name. I told him (nicely!) that I ordered oat milk. He made the drink again and gave us our order. My sister wanted a straw, so I asked him if they had any straws. A simple “no we don’t” would have been fine. But this dude was SO rude and condescending. He looked at me, and said loudly in a very rude tone of voice, “NO. We’re too close to the water. We care about animals. No plastic. We’re pro turtles.” ???? I was so taken aback at how rude he was. What was the point of that?!???!!! Why would he assume I don’t care about animals and I’m not pro-turtle? I’m vegan, arguably I care more about animals than he does. Also, the cups themselves were either plastic or some barely “compostable” type of material. Not to mention he wasted an entire drink because he didn’t read the order properly the first time. My sister and I were completely floored at his behavior. He needs to learn how to be nicer to paying customers. We were nothing but respectful and polite to them. I will never go here again because this interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth. So rude. I should have just gone to Saint Frank Coffee."

"Great premium coffee! To my taste, it's the best coffee I've had in San Francisco. The focaccia is also very good, and the mochi is delicious, it has a unique texture, almost like a mochi-brownie hybrid. Definitely a must try!"

"Very fun and unique menu! I was looking for a great coffee and experience so thought this place would hit the spot and it came a tiny bit short. The ube coffee was quite unique and tasty but slightly cold. The design on the top was really cool and the artist was quite efficient. Service was good but not great but that is understandable being that they had a lot of people to serve."
