"Lovely atmosphere and a beautifully balanced Kenyan pour-over with a bright, medium acidity, definitely a highlight for any coffee lover. However I can’t score them 5 stars, because I had a short layover in the city and asked a few staff members if they could please help me to charge my phone (I live in Malaysia and didn’t have a US plug, only USB). Unfortunately, no one was willing to assist. If I run out of battery I couldn’t book my Uber. The only person who showed kindness and friendliness was the store’s security guard, truly appreciated his attitude."
