"I had a nice experience andI loved that there weren't many people in the theater. I also got some mozzarella sticks and chicken wings. It was good and it was cheaper than Fast Food! I thought I lost my wallet and the staff allowed me to go back in the theater to check under the seats. One of the staff went with me to search. In my opinion he did everything he could to help. There were a few people waiting for the next movie and they were so nice because they saw I was upset and offered to help look. It was really cool they helped and I really appreciated their kindness. I will be coming back to see movies at Cinemark."

"I come to this theater everytime a good movie comes out. I always have a great experience here. Front desk is polite, the food and drink bar is clean. I enjoy the relaxation of recliner chairs and also being around classy people in an environment like Santana Row."

"They validate parking here, but you need to ask them for the QR code. Overall, good selection of movies, some occasional foreign surprises if you're into that. The seats are generally clean and I've yet to find popcorn in my seats. Would recommend if you're in the area and just want a quick way to kill 2 hours, especially since ICON closed in Valleyfair."

"This is my go to movie theatre; small and cozy. Very professional and friendly staff. One time the movie volume was too high and they lowered for us. . That is excellent customer service!!! Seats and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Good food and they even have a small adult bar. Need your ID. You will like it too and make it your favorite!"
