"Service is normally great here, even when they’re slammed busy but today was so bad. They were prioritizing DoorDash orders and we waited over 20 minutes for our order: a few toasted bagels with various spreads. We only got our order because we kept asking for an update. When I ordered my bagel selection was available but because every DoorDash order seemed to have it they ran out. I was forced to pick another bagel they wouldn’t let me cancel for a refund. Wasn’t only me disappointed, there were a few other people talking to about the wait and being ignored asking why orders weren’t being fulfilled. This is one of the places I always visit when I am back in town. Bagels are consistently good but the service was awful today. Such a bummer."

"Normally convenient as no real competition. Last visit they got the order wrong but didn't know until opened at home. Drove all the way back to correct for 1 plain bagel and they refused to correct and charged me for a new bagel. It wasn't the $2 but the principle. Clearly NOT intersted in service just $. Would avoid for other options. Thay also won't cut the bagel in half all the way through even if you ask."
