"The shop looks nice, with simple décor and a clean setup. The menu is also straightforward—but that’s where the positives end. When I came in, the shop was very slow, though there were a few orders in the queue. I couldn’t find the avocado slush on the kiosk or iPad menu, so I asked the server (who appeared to be the only one working at the time). She seemed annoyed and told me the item was no longer available. I then looked at the wall menu to choose something else and went back to the iPad to place my order, only to find that the Dong Ding Oolong milk tea wasn’t listed either. I waited and asked the server again after she reappeared from behind the curtain. She gave me a dismissive look and said they don’t carry that item either. She then told me they only take kiosk orders and suggested I use that to place my order. No thank you. This location—and the attitude of the staff—does not deserve my hard-earned money. If I could give a negative star rating, I would."
