"NCM Cafe is a great coffee shop if you’re looking for a calm place to study or work from home. The space is comfortable with soft, relaxing music, making it easy to focus without distractions. The drink quality is excellent, and my favorite is the Jasmine Milk Tea. It’s very aromatic with a light tea bitterness, so you can really taste the jasmine tea rather than just sweetness. In my opinion, it’s just as good as if not better than many specialty boba shops I’ve tried. If you prefer it sweeter, you can simply add extra sugar syrup 😁. I visited on a weekday, so I didn’t get to see the coffee-making robot “C” in action. At the moment, the robot only works on Saturdays and Sundays, so I’ll definitely come back on a weekend to experience it. Overall, NCM Cafe is a solid choice if you want: •    A quiet and relaxing space to study or work •    High-quality drinks with real tea flavor •    A cafe that feels both modern and comfortable"

"I’ve been to this cafe many times and absolutely love it. It’s a great place to study or get my work done, and every one of the five drinks I’ve tried has been delicious and well-suited to my taste. The prices are very reasonable, there’s plenty of seating, and the staff is always kind and helpful—they even bring your drink to you if it’s human-made. I have no complaints and really love the cafe’s concept, especially since it's so Silicon-Valley coded. My only small wish is that they hopefully offer regular boba as an add-on in the future, but it's not a huge deal."

"The expresso coffee is good. Besides that it's a waste of time and money. We ordered 3 coffees and 1 Pineapple drink and the robot served only 2 coffees. The waiter had to make most drinks. It's overpriced and the robot doesn't work which makes the experience worthless for $7.5/drink. If you go to find a quiet place to work and good coffee then it's a great place to spend a couple hours."

"First time visiting NCM Cafe, let me start by saying I love that they use Vietnamese coffee because it makes all coffee more wonderful. Secondly my drink tastes amazing, just enough sweetness and strong coffee flavor! I also was fascinated by the robot making the drinks, which I thought was awesome! And the staff are so friendly and great, would definitely recommend NCM café. Its a must try if your in the area. You won't be disappointed"
