What People Are Saying
from Google"Ordered a lot of food and all were good. Service was very good and friendly. We didn't finish the pancakes and they packed it to go along with extra butter and syrups without asking. Outdoor sitting was good for people and dog watch."
"Went in at 10am on a Sunday. Free street parking, and nearby free parking lot were also available. We immediately found a table as soon as we arrrived. Food was lovely, had a triple berry stacked pancakes which had blueberry, strawberry & raspberry. And a chicken fried steak with 2 eggs, hashbrowns & a bagel. Service was good, server asked if we needed anything often and regularly. And the water was refilled without being asked. Atmosphere was great, excellent for conversations between a group of people."
"Decided to try it one more time and took my grandbabies, a 2 year-old a 4 year-old and and a 10 year-old. First and foremost Service is definitely 5star. The people there are wonderful. The food is not at all especially for the price, very disappointing. Kids meals…I could not believe the prices that did not include the drink that came in little plastic drink cups with soda or milk that they offer for $3.45 extra with NO refills! Usually the kids meal includes a drink, especially since the portions are little to none and the quality again was disappointing. I should have stuck with Noa’s bagel or even driven to In-N-Out Burger but I thought I’d try taking them to an actual breakfast place. The fact that my bill was nearly $69 not including tip was unbelievable for something that I could rate honestly 2 to 3 stars max for food. I don’t normally give reviews like this, but I had to speak up. This is not the quality food for the price!"
"Came here for brunch and ordered the Eggs Louis. It was great at first—tasted good, potatoes were crispy—but then I suddenly find myself chewing on plastic. Absolutely unacceptable. It completely ruined my appetite, and I had to spit it out immediately. When I brought it to the attention of both the manager and our server, they seemed baffled and insisted there was no way it could have come from their kitchen—almost as if they were suggesting I put it there. The service after that was just as bad. No apology, no accountability, and not even an offer to comp my meal. I was still charged full price for their mistake—something that should never happen in any restaurant. Terrible experience. I will never be coming back."
"This Stacks location recently opened up in Willow Glen downtown. We arrived at 7:20 for an early breakfast and found us to be first ones at the restaurant. Unlike Campbell location, this one is huge with nice indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. We ordered short stack pancakes, Almond Waffle, toast and potatoes. The food was good and nothing extraordinary. We enjoyed our lovely breakfast. Our younger one was cranky and took sometime to eat. But we were not rushed, which was nice. Overall, it’s nice to have another breakfast option with good ambience. If you are looking for a change, go eat at Stacks in Willow Glen."
