"Tram? More like scam. Time and time again, their coffee is so skimpy, mostly all ice, you maybe get 3-4 fl oz of drink with over half the cup full of ice. Nice place to look at. Service: I was in line and they took someone’s order that was behind me. Maybe because I was Mexican and the other person was Asian. Their drink are good, but lacking the satisfaction of having a full drink. If you order less ice, they will reduce amount of coffee, if you say no ice the cup would be less than half full, they did this at the other tram in little Saigon. I gave you one last chance tram."

"Great selection of specialty teas, smoothies, and boba drinks. All will exceptional taste, and quality. Fast, friendly, and hard working staff. Amazing hot snacks, banh mi, and specialty bites."

"Everything is good. I enjoy egg coffee today. I like the way the girl, who is staff here, services for customer. I saw one case, it was very hard situation happening, but she did very easy. The others staffs are working as great too."

"Service was horrible and the egg coffee I got was nasty. They filled the cup up with so much ice I couldn’t stir the coffee. I asked them to remake it with no ice and sweeter since originally I asked no ice, they said yes, just to give it back less than half a cup and with no topping. They basically just took out the ice and gave it back it still was nasty. I tried it and asked her again to fix it or if I could just get a different drink. She told me no refunds and they can’t make me a different drink. Waste of $8.75 never going back there. Attached is a picture of the drink how they remade it and gave it to me. My husband drink was ok."

"This coffee shop is located in a strip mall with a bunch of other Vietnamese restaurants. It can get busy on the weekends so finding a parking spot can be tricky. I went there on a weekend but thankfully it wasn't busy. Their coffee is on the pricy end but the quality is great. I tried their cream coffee and it was very rich, creamy and well balanced (though full of ice). I wouldnt go out of my way to go here but if I'm in the area and feel like splurging I might give it a try."
