"Urban Plates has a good ambiance and is right beside the main Santana Row, which gives it a lively vibe outside. The waiters were professional and friendly, making the experience smooth. The food was decent—I’d rate it around 7/10. It’s a bit on the expensive side, and even the drinks were pricey and not great. Good food presentation though. Overall, a nice spot to grab a meal with a pleasant atmosphere and good energy around."

"Service and vibes were excellent. We loved Mark! He was extra polite and helpful and his service was top top. But I asked for my fries extra crispy and they were still limp! If anybody knows where to get a nice, crispy fry these days, please advise."

"Came here for lunch and the lines were not long at all Serena was helpful and quick with taking our order and answering and questions we had. Everything is self serve so after you are done you can grab your own box to go. We got the following: - Chimichurri grilled Grassfed steak w/ Mac and cheese & truffle fries - Chicken club sandwich w/ Chips & Seafood Chowder (cup) About the food: The seafood chowder was hearty and flavorful. The truffle fries were delicious. Mac & cheese was a little grainy (thinking it could be the type of cheese they used. The steak tasted a little gamey to me but it could be preference. The chicken club was full and not heavy. Personally think it could be paired with a nice sauce to give it more personality. Kettle chips is the perfect pairing."

"I LOVE this restaurant,Great food and great restaurant Bella, Serena & Lisbeth is very friendly and patient while you’re taking your order. Chimichurri steak and marbled potatoes is delicious! Wilbur is amazing. He is always walking around and cleaning up after everyone. I come here a lot and he’s always super helpful. Mark is a great worker too.!! It’s just a little bit too cold inside though. But the outdoor seating is great when it’s warm outside"

"Had a great experience with Mark and Clay. I normally don’t love grilled chicken because I’m picky but the flavors were so good and it was cooked well. The sides were what really razzle dazzled me. The sesame broccoli and the potatoes were incredible. Will definitely come back!"
