"This was our first visit here. My husband got a mocha and we shared a breakfast burrito. He said that the mocha was excellent! It was made with espresso, he thinks with cocoa powder. It wasn't overly sweet, which was perfect. The breakfast burrito was very good. There were a lot of ingredients, scrambled egg, potato, bacon, a smear of avocado and it was grilled on a panini press. It wasn't a very big portion, but was tasty. It's a casual and welcoming atmosphere."

The staff there, especially Adrian. He is always professional and very sociable. All the staff there are professional and courteous. The pastries are fresh and tasty. "The quintessential little cafe in a town known for a historic mission and the namesake directorial venture of the most famous filmmakers in the world. The coffee is spot on. The service is very courteous and the people are warm. You can sit with that cup in the patio and spend the whole day in the sun. I loved the coffee roaster on site and the pace was just different as it took us back to a coffee infused time of small batch roasting. Definitely an experience to check out and grab a bag of beans to reminiscence and get back again!"
