"My husband and I visited for lunch today and it was our second time there. The new owners are terrific and very kind and wearing smiles and enthusiastic to see us and all the food who came in. The rest of the staff is just as friendly. The sandwiches and salads are great! I had my sandwich with homemade focaccia and it was the best bread I've ever had. Freshly made and very flavorful. "My first visit to the San Marcos Deli, walked in great little cozy place to get a bite to eat. Young lady at the front counter was kind and eager to please, Justin FYI she could smile a little more. The man that ended up helping me at the end the tall gentleman must be dad was kind and explained to me exactly what they had prepared in my order preparing it just the way I wanted it. Had the tasty turkey sandwich was very delicious and chock full of yummy extras. What are the second sandwich for my husband which I had them leave everything off a dry bread and just put the meat so that it would not get soggy and they did just that ,great job"
