"Not impressed with this Nordstrom eBar. There were fruit flies visibly flying around inside the pastry case, which is unacceptable for a place serving food. When I pointed it out, the employee with black hair with a name tag that had the name “May” and she brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. To make matters worse, my drink was made with regular milk instead of oat milk, i am sensitive to anything containing dairy, this could have been dangerous if i was allergic because it could result in a visit to a hospital . When I asked for it to be remade, she rolled her eyes, spoke in a rude tone, and acted annoyed that I even asked. That’s not how you treat paying customers, especially when the mistake was theirs. Cleanliness and basic customer service seem to be lacking here and yet ironically nordstrom prides itself on delivering the best customer service. Won’t be rushing back"

"I’m Very disappointed with my experience at the Nordstrom eBar. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I politely asked for it to be remade, the short blonde woman working there responded with a lot of attitude instead of basic customer service. Mistakes happen, I’ve worked in customer service before but how staff handle these mistakes matters—and this was handled poorly. For a store like Nordstrom that prides itself on service, this experience definitely missed the mark."

"Matcha tastes HORRIBLE, spinach feta cheese wrap was really good tho. $6 Matcha turned into $7.35 with 2 pumps of vanilla and still tastes bad. Service was bad, seemed like worker had a long day... he looked annoyed when i asked for another pump of vanilla. Hope service gets better"

"4 star latte but 1 star cold drinks. Tried orange pineapple drinks which should get negative 5 and mango smoothie( should get 2 stars)."

"Flies were walking all over the pastries asked if those were maybe just for display and if they pulled the pastries from under the shelf or from a plastic wrapping they said they do not and that those are the ones they serve.Utterly disgusting and disappointing."
