However, no communication was provided, and they took an additional 10 mins to complete my order. A brief update such as “we’re still working on it” or “it will be ready shortly” would’ve been appreciated."
"There are pastries to compliment their DELISCIOUS and refreshing drinks. The service here is rather quick. They are welcoming, area wifi outlets' limited to customers respectively. I will be returning. The additions to drink make a more enjoyable experience. My favorite is BARNI (taro mung bean) froth, custard, and crystal boba a crave mixture nutritious addictive Vietnamese business."
"This was one of the worst coffee shop experiences I’ve had. All I wanted was a simple black coffee with room for cream, and the staff couldn’t get it right. Instead of fixing the mistake politely, I was made to feel like it was my fault and even told to “order with the correct name next time.” I had to correct the barista twice just to get the most basic drink, and then was charged $6.50 for a lukewarm coffee that tasted stale. Completely unacceptable. The atmosphere was also uncomfortable. There were clearly a couple of homeless individuals just staying inside to use the AC and WiFi, which made the place feel unwelcoming and poorly managed. Between the rude service, overpriced old coffee, and unpleasant environment, I will not be coming back."
"I’ve been a loyal customer at 7Leaves for a long time because I genuinely enjoy the drinks, they’re consistently great. However as of recently I’ve noticed something that’s made me quite uncomfortable. There’s a staff member I see regularly who I assume is the supervisor often has dirt under her fingernails. As much as I love the drinks at this location, I definitely think that hygiene should be top priority, especially at a place that handles food and beverages. I thought basic health protocols like handwashing or wearing gloves were standard, but that doesn't seem to be the case here."
