"I ordered online and picked up at this location. When I got home I saw a live fly in my drink !!! As you can see in the video it is still sealed meaning it must’ve gotten in when they were making my drink. This is a serious cleanliness issue and health hazard for the establishment. I still love 7 leaves but if you order from here make sure to check your drinks before drinking!"

"I ordered 4 large house coffees with boba today Got home handed them to my family and when I’m drinking my coffeee I see that there’s a hair in my coffee sealed into the cup and are able to see through the cup and the hair is sealed and hanging out. Left me feeling sort of disgusted just cause one doesn’t know the hygiene people have etc. We all threw out drinks out cause it was unpleasant to see hair in coffee. Went back and showed them the cup ,asked for a refund and got my 7 dollars back for just one drink Would just recommend checking your drinks"
