The flavors are bold and I love how salty the sea salt foam is. Their matcha lineup features combinations I don’t see often, such as Nutella Matcha, Mango & Yuzu Matcha, and Vanilla Matcha. If matcha isn’t your thing, they offer house cream coffees and teas. Their menu includes a wide range of food options from salads, noodles, sandwiches, and other small bites. They did run out of food during our visit, so keep that in mind. It’s great to see the community supporting a new local business! This business is located in a strip mall and includes a kiosk for placing orders. The space is small so seating can be limited. The staff were friendly and communicative about what was still in stock. I hope to see this business grow!"

"Bamboo and Bean in Santa Ana is such a vibe—super cozy with that authentic Vietnamese coffee shop feel, bamboo details everywhere, and a chill atmosphere perfect for hanging out. I stopped by during the day and scored their awesome buy one get one for $1 deal—total game-changer! Later in the afternoon, I ordered the Strawberry Einspänner (or Strawberry Iced Viennese coffee), and wow, it was amazing. Strong Vietnamese drip coffee base, topped with a thick layer of whipped cream and fresh strawberry flavor—sweet, tangy, creamy, and refreshing all at once. Not too sweet, just perfectly balanced. Service was friendly, prices are great (especially with the promo), and the drinks are spot-on authentic with fun twists. Already planning my next visit. If you’re into Vietnamese coffee or just want something delicious and unique, this place is a must-try!"
