"We went there as a family of eight while on vacation for lunch. The employee handling our order was friendly enough, but after delivering our food didn’t do any drink refills. The food was not great. It was extremely overpriced for what was essentially Denny’s. The hamburger was undercooked. The fries and pancakes were overcooked. Portions weren’t anything special. Definitely a place we won’t be going back to."

"Country Cafe is the BEST breakfast spot in Orange County. We were visiting from out of town and were so impressed we went 2 days in a row. It has a cozy and quaint atmosphere and the service is outstanding! Anna was our waitress we had on our first visit and she was phenomenal. She served us with a smile, was attentive, and kind and to top it off it was her first day. The menu variety was incredible catering to all the different food preferences in our party. The homemade banana pancakes were out of this world! But literally everything we ordered from the Loco Moco to the Classic Breakfast to the Avocado Bacon Benedict was delicious. Even the poached eggs were cooked to perfection. The owner Annie made frequent trips to our table to ensure we were satisfied with our service and food. It is so challenging to find both wonderful food and service for breakfast and we have found it at Country Cafe! Next time we are in California we will definitely be back."
