"This was our first time visiting Rafael’s Kitchen & Mad Coffee, and the welcoming atmosphere and fresh, delicious food made it a truly memorable experience. A special thank you to Kenya, who provided superb service from start to finish. She was kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and effortlessly accommodated our large party. While waiting for my family to arrive, I learned a helpful tip: they validate parking (via a digital code—no paper stubs!) for both the multilevel parking garage behind them and the gated lot across the street. We loved the dog-friendly outdoor patio, which has a charming Parisian cafe vibe. As for the food, the flavors were authentic and tasty. My sister’s family ordered the Chilaquiles (pictured), Carnitas Omelette (pictured) and pancakes, while the rest of us dove into the Rafael’s and Santa Ana burritos (which were so good I forgot to take a photo!). We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning soon!"

"In Santa Ana for a work trip. Conveniently located right behind my hotel. I’ve had both lunch and breakfast here so far. The Cali Philly and Carnitas Omelette were fantastic. Food was hot and seemed incredibly fresh. Drip coffee is super smooth and satisfying. The servers are kind, efficient, and fast. Doesn’t hurt my wallet either. 10/10 recommend."

"☕️ Mad Coffee I’m OBSESSED. Ashley made my drinks and was seriously the sweetest — she told me she and her dad run the shop together 🥹💛 Family-owned and they make all of their syrups in-house! My lineup: • Salted Maple Cinnamon Roll Latte • Tiramisu Latte • Carrot Cake Matcha (⭐️ favorite ⭐️) Easy 10/10 across the board. The carrot cake matcha literally tasted like a slice of carrot cake in a cup — not too sweet, PERFECT flavor balance. You can absolutely tell they put time and love into every drink. $22 for all three drinks + really decent sizes = super impressed."

"Had lunch at Rafael's Kitchen and Mad Coffee. The ambiance was positive and staff quite friendly. The parking lot accross the street is free with validation. Our server extraordinare was Jesus who was professional, kind and knowledgeable. Top notch service and great personality. I had a cup of coffee which was perfect and the Santa Ana Buritto which was tasty and quite a large portion with half of it heading home. My wife had the Chicken caprese sandwich with a side salad. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio and the fantastic service that Jesus provided as he attended to multiple tables. A truly gifted customer service professional! Thanks and we recommend this great lil spot. The menu is full of excellent choices so we will be back to try some additional dishes."
