"have been coming here pretty much everyday before work for a coffee and smoothie. When I call and tell them my name, they know my order which I appreciated. 2 days ago, I went in as normal and the lady in the back told me that they will take care of me at the front. I got a card as well, went up and paid, & left. Yesterday when I went in a lady in the back told me the smoothie wasn't paid for. I was confused and checked my statement and gladly paid for it as the day before it appeared I was only charged for the card (not my mistake). When I went in this morning, the older lady who is usually pretty nice said to me with a few people around, "you need to pay this time". I thought that was pretty petty and unprofessional to say in front of other customers as well. Again I have been coming here for months and have spent well over $1,500 here in the last half year or so. After today I think that may change as it just isn't right to address something like that when it was a workers mistake not charging me correctly the first time around."

"I was visiting some friends in Santa Barbara and we stopped by here for nice breakfast, sandwich and coffee. I really enjoyed their bagel and locks as well as a soy cappuccino. The staff were very efficient and so friendly. The store is well stocked and well organized. They have both fresh produce and packaged items. And my favorite part was the beautiful green space in front of the stores. My friends and their two young kids are easily able to relax and enjoy the sunshine while they have a nice meal and drinks. They also make fresh juices and I had a veggie and fruit juice made for me. I stopped by here on my way to the airport for a nice breakfast sandwich and coffee for my drive."

"What is this wonderful magical place the seems bigger on the inside. Rows and rows of chocolate as far as the eye can see ... Well more then this little lady has ever done seen. ... Fresh made large single serving foods to like many types of lasagna, tamale pies, keisha's, and bomb looking salads. A small grocery style area and everything you would need to make your own on the wind charcuterie board! With a beautiful little sit down park across the parking lot. Like I said so magical!"

"Been watching this once great market clearly slide into mediocrity as if no one that owns it actually cares. Looking at a bunch of produce they are selling as “Organic” but it’s clearly labeled as GMO produce. If you are going to sell me an organic avocado for 3.50 please pay enough attention to actually check if it’s organic. Also seeing “organic avocado Mayo” that’s prime ingredient is soybean oil? Market needs someone that cares to find their way back to owner. Also love being asked to tip the cashier for the effort of wringing up my wine bottles."

"a must stop every time I end up in Santa Barbara. the Mediterranean chicken wrap is 10/10 as is the molasses cookie. This is one of my happy places."
