"Finally found the croissant I’ve been chasing. I’m a croissant snob and I don’t say that lightly. Croissante clearly takes their craft seriously, using French flour and French butter, and it shows. The crust is crispy, evenly baked, and finished with a beautiful glaze. What I really appreciate is that it’s not overly flaky like Costco’s croissant (after reheating it) that explodes into a million crumbs the second you touch it. That said, Costco’s version does have a stronger butter punch, and I do wish this croissant had a deeper, more pronounced butter profile. But it’s almost perfect and the best I’ve had in California. Inside, the croissant is soft, airy, and nicely layered, exactly what you want when you tear it open. Beautiful butter taste and smell but it could be more buttery! The latte was excellent too, very fragrant, well balanced, with smooth milk microfoam and genuinely beautiful latte art. I also tried the baguette and found it a bit too moist and dense for my preference. The cream cheese and fig baguette looked promising, but the cream cheese itself was almost flavorless and didn’t really add much to the bite. This place gets extremely busy, so coming early is a smart move. One of the highlights was chatting with J, the baker, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my very specific questions. That kind of passion and openness always elevates the experience."

"Croissante Artisan Bakery – A pastry paradise worth every calorie! 🍰🥐 From the moment you walk into Croissante, the warm buttery aroma and elegant pastry displays instantly tell you you’re in for something special. This place feels like a Parisian patisserie reborn in California — stylish, modern, yet cozy. The display case is absolutely breathtaking — row after row of immaculate cakes and viennoiseries that look like works of art. The Yuzu Lemon Cheesecake caught my eye right away: a glossy, perfectly round little cake topped with candied citrus, creamy yet refreshing with a beautiful balance between tart and sweet. The Coffee Chocolate Mousse layered cake is rich, silky, and indulgent — every bite melts in your mouth. On the savory side, their Mushroom Danish and Spinach & Artichoke Danish are showstoppers. Flaky, buttery pastry with golden edges, filled with generous savory fillings that taste straight out of a fine bistro. The Pepper Sausage Danish is another must-try — slightly spicy, aromatic, and wrapped in perfectly laminated dough. If you love bread, don’t miss the Olive Ciabatta and Pesto Gruyère Bun — hearty, flavorful, and baked to crusty perfection. The Pesto Mushroom Focaccia was one of my personal favorites: thick, pillowy, loaded with earthy mushrooms and just the right amount of pesto and cheese. Of course, it wouldn’t be “Croissante” without a fantastic Almond Croissant — beautifully golden, filled with fragrant almond cream, and sprinkled with sliced almonds. Probably one of the best versions I’ve had in the Bay Area!"

"Definitely a place to stop by! The baked goods were absolutely delicious. My husband and I got a lot as it was our first time there. Parking was good even though they were pretty busy. We got there around 7:45ish and the line was a bit out the door. NOTE: if you have a hard time walking or getting around easily, maybe avoid the busy times. The lines and seating areas are pretty tight. Not easy to maneuver around even for abled bodied people. The croissants weren't super flaky, more soft than other places were went to. Regardless, still very delicious! My favorite was the spinach and artichoke danish, Strawberry blossom, and Croissant Plate! Definitely will be back!"

"Croissante was a lovely experience. The line was long, but moved fairly quickly. So, the wait wasn’t too bad. The staff were friendly, too. For the food, it was all very delicious. There is a huge selection of baked goods, which made the whole experience pretty exciting. You can also order hot dishes as well. We got a burger and shakshuka. I appreciated that they packaged up the shakshuka so nicely to go. The only downsides for me were the long lines, the slightly tricky parking, and the price. This isn’t going to be a budget brunch spot, but all things considered, it was worth it in my opinion."

"We went for brunch during a Saturday morning and arrived at around 10:30 am. The line was reasonable and it took us 15 min to get the bakery. The cashier and coffee took longer time. Mango crossiant is very unique and tastes good - not too sweet and mango is soft with light cream. Matcha crossiant is made with matcha-flavored flour and not sweet. No filling inside, which Is what we like. Mushroom danish tastes great and savory. French toast cube crossiant is unique but probably the least attractive among the ones we tried - It's quite sweet compared to other ones, but can match well with the matcha latte. For drinks: Matcha latte has very strong matcha flavor and can be bitter toward the end, which Could be nice for people who like the style. Cafe latte is also very good. The vibe is fine, though loud. There are usually seats available after getting the bakery. Would Love to go again and try more items!"
