What People Are Saying
from Google"I enjoyed my visit to this café. The place itself is pleasant, and the staff are generally friendly. The coffee flavors are good, whether it’s the espresso or the latte, and the latte art with colorful designs on the surface is nicely done. However, I honestly don’t understand why there is a lack of attention to simple details that could easily elevate the overall experience and make it more refined. For example, the drinks were served without a tray, with each cup handed separately, which doesn’t reflect the standard expected from a specialty coffee shop. Even the espresso, despite being served correctly with sparkling water, was presented without a tray and without a small spoon. These details may seem minor, but they play a big role in making the espresso experience more enjoyable and authentic. With just a tray and a spoon, the experience would improve significantly. Additionally, although the restroom was clean, I was given the wrong access code by a staff member. When I returned to double-check, she appeared visibly annoyed and told me to wait, assuming someone was inside. I ended up waiting for over fifteen minutes, until another customer arrived and received the correct code from a different employee, which allowed access. Situations like these, especially when combined with neglecting small but important details, do affect the customer experience. With more consistency and attention to presentation and service details, this café has the potential to offer a much better and more polished experience."
"I've been to a couple Voyager locations, and I've never been blown away by it. Unfortunately, this location is about the same. It's decent. Coffee isn't bad, some food is pretty good, other food not so much, and the service is overall solid. I think I'd just hope for a bit more flavor in some of the food (like the breakfast burrito), and something a bit more from the lattes for the price. I got their seasonal pumpkin latte, but was disappointed when it didn't come with the cold foam from the picture. It tasted pretty good, so I didn't feel like it was worth raising a fuss over. Still a little disappointing."
"Absolutely adorable space, very welcoming and clearly a neighborhood favorite. A decent selection of GF options for light breakfast or snacking (the pistachio rose gf coffee cake was stellar), and excellent coffee."
"The Santiago Latte is the bomb. But what I also so enjoyed was the exceptionally courteous and exacting standards of the customer service. With such nonchalance out there in the world it’s nice when someone can take the time to look one in the eye and also ensure all requests were accommodated."
"Might be our new favorite coffee bar. Tried it three times before making this review. The Santiago, Manila and Bali are all fantastic. Pastries delicious and atmosphere lively. Might actually be a bit too busy. Highly recommend trying any of the drinks on the menu. Excellent"
