Not even a simple “hello” — just three workers staring at me like I was inconveniencing them by showing up. I ordered the cookie butter latte because I’d heard good things, but it was honestly disgusting. It tasted like straight syrup — not sweet, just thick, artificial, and totally unbalanced. It didn’t even resemble a proper coffee drink. Then it got worse. As I was drinking it, I found a piece of green mesh inside my cup. That’s not a “mistake,” that’s a sign of a place that clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness or what they’re serving to people. That was enough for me. I won’t be coming back, and honestly, with how things are being run, I don’t see this place lasting long. Good luck — they’re going to need it."

"I visited this small coffee shop for the first time. I love supporting local businesses, but it wasn’t what I expected. When I walked in, two young ladies didn’t even greet me. They stood there for a good minute without even acknowledging my presence. Finally, one of them pointed to the kiosk and told me to proceed to order. I was taken back because I hadn’t experienced the wonderful, friendly environment that the online reviews had described. I felt more like a nuisance than a loyal patriot."
