"Yesterday I had visited Urbane Cafe for the first time. Let me say as a first time experience Terence left a very good impression on me. He's kind, knowledgeable on all my questions, and very professional all around. As for food he recommended me his personal favorites like the Club and Pesto I believe. I chose the Club and it was very good. I hope to revisit for that Pesto he mentioned. I even sampled a bit of their drinks like the cucumber lemonade which was very refreshing. And all around the staff were nice welcoming me in and the restaurant was really clean, I just wanted an extra shine on their employee Terence."

"My daughter and I stopped in for a very early dinner. Carson took our order. He was knowledgeable about the menu, shared his favorites, and was extremely accommodating, answering our various questions and navigating our order. We decided on a turkey club ( no turkey), a BLT ( please add to the menu), and a crunchy peanut salad with a cup of enchilada soup. Everything was delicious, fresh, and made to order. "Wed 11/26/2025 Day before Thanksgiving. Dear General Manager, Joey Bogart. Urbane Cafe’s food was delicious. I ordered crunchy peanut salad, gluten free chocolate chip & a soft drink. Service was quick in taking my order & it took awhile in receiving my order. I had to ask for my table to be wiped down & noticed other tables needed busting as well. Bathroom I utilized was unkept with paper towels on the floor & needed attending to. On my visit, I would order pick-up instead of eating in. Noisy atmosphere & the floors were dirty. I must admit that the Menu selection looks great. Joe"
