"strolled down to blossom for lunch after the BEST haircut at shin collective right down the block. I had the house banh mi with pâté, head cheese, and cold cuts, and the perfect amount of pickled veggies, fresh herbs, and jalapeño. it comes with chicken pho dipping broth which honestly elevates the whole sandwich, which was already top tier, to the next level. so many layered flavors and textures. it was really, really good. I also treated myself to a butterscotch and miso cookie which was the perfect sweet treat with a hint of savory umami-ness, and a great texture (landing between chewy, crispy, and melt-in-your-mouth-y). if I lived closer I would be here all the time! the vibe is good, the service is excellent, and they have a wonderful vinyl collection. would be a great place to post up and work with a delicious treat to nibble on."

"Coffee is amazing, specifically the hojicha and the lattees. Pastries are delicious as well. Some are vegan and ask for some butter with your order. The staff is super awesome, they remember your name and are super friendly. For lunch the steak bah mi is my go to and it doesn't disappoint. It comes with a small broth to dip in and its delicious. Highly recommend this spot. Special shout out to Eli, dulce, Arlan!!"

"We have tried this place multiple times and every experience has been disappointing. It’s either the wait is extremely long even when there’s not a lot of people in there or the coffee just tastes like milk. We order a vanilla latte and a regular latte each time, but they both tasted the same like milk. Not to mention, the staff is not friendly and we are sometimes met with an attitude. The atmosphere is nice and the interior is beautiful, but we have always left this place regretting going there. It’s just young kids working that have no idea what they’re doing. The owner or manager should have more oversight over their coffee shop."

"Excellent Banh Mi sandwiches served from mid/late morning thanks to the super kitchen of the restaurant next door. The staff is friendly and relaxed. It was our first time there and we were made comfortable as if we were regulars. The main indoor room has a record player and some records but you can bring your own and also donate if you are so inclined. This is a brilliant jem in a quiet part of Santa Monica."
