What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"The pastries are delicious here! They're just the right size for a small breakfast paired with their coffee, or for a sweet treat in the middle of the day. I got the pumpkin pie slice and a kouign amann tart. The pie crust was super crispy on the edges and had great pumpkin flavor without being overly sweet. The whipped cream on top was a bonus and finished off the pie so well. Kouign amann was sticky and sweet, with a nice peachy surprise in the middle. All the fruit pastries I've tried here are really great."
"This is a MUST visit. Pastries were just perfect, sweet but not too much, fresh and creamy. Try the fruit tart if you can. The breakfast was also amazing. We enjoyed every bite. We ordered the breakfast burrito and the bagel. The atmosphere is great, busy but not annoying and there is parking everywhere"
"Yes it's a cute place. Good location. But it's way overpriced for the quality of offering. If you're good with that, then you are aligned with these food bloggers who keep highly reviewing this place. We had the burrito - what a rip off for $20! Big and bland was about the only way to describe it. The huevos rancheros was fine, but again, could have used being $4-$5 cheaper. I ate here about 3 years ago and didn't care for it but thought it warranted another try. Maybe it's fine for a coffee and a pastry but I'd leave it there."
"I ate lunch at Huckleberry today. The turkey sandwich with cabbage and bacon was awful. The turkey was dry and the sandwich tasted like cardboard. I also got two overnight oatmeal containers to go. They contained six times the amount of sugar that a person would want. And the taste was terrible. My bill was over $60.… For food that was just inedible."
"We had a great experience! My girlfriend has some food sensitivities but there was plenty for her to eat here and the freshness made it feel better on her stomach. We got the quiche, summer burrata salad, and a scone to share along with coffee. As we ate, it felt fresh, light, and the perfect dishes to energize us for our day. Pros: - Great place to take a date or someone you want to impress with local food. - Food tasted fresh, homemade, and full of life. There was plenty of flavor and we had no issues with our food and drinks. - There was parking behind so commuting was easy. Cons: - The items are all over-priced for the portions you get. Nothing absurd, but I was surprised at how much it was in the end. I would love to go back but because of the price, it will be mainly on special occasions or if other places are closed. - It was quite warm and loud inside. Probably due to the kitchen and how popular it is. There were plenty of seats available but we also came at a non-peak hour. We ended up sitting outside to avoid this though."
