"10 Stars for this place! My grandson is 18 months old and spending 4 days with me. A client of mine recommended this place. First I met the owner, she was nothing short of lovely, friendly, warm and welcoming, the place is very clean! She explained all the areas for my grandson to play in and the Cafe. I met other mothers and their children they were also very friendly. It was a weekday so not super busy and I got there right when she opened. It is the only place in Scotts Valley that is like this. I will definitely go back and I will also be recommending this place. She does events and parties."

"We had our son’s 4th birthday at Haven Play Lounge & Café and it was AMAZING! The staff went above and beyond with setup and cleanup, and they even coordinated decorations with me ahead of time so everything was exactly what we wanted. The play rooms for different ages were a huge hit with our group of 20 kids and 30 adults. The food and drinks included in our package were great, and the extra charcuterie boards were perfect for both kids and adults. Everything was clean, safe, and super organized. Truly such a helpful and attentive team — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"My husband and I attended the opening of Haven Play Lounge with our 3 year old daughter, Lily. We heard about this place from a Facebook post and I’m so glad we did! Not only did Lily have a blast in the play area but they had coffee and snacks for while we hung out and watched. They even had some cute clothes . It was reasonably priced and finally gave me a moment to myself on a weekend which is so rare. Highly recommend checking this place out with your kids!"

"I've taken my 2 year old daughter here twice now and she absolutely loves it. Although we had only been there once before the staff greeted her by name when we walked in the second time. The staff is amazing. They regularly played with my daughter showing her toys, I think they had a tea party to. It's a perfect spot for small kids. It's a relaxed fun and not as overwhelming for my 2 year old as a regular outdoor playground with big kids running around. I think my daughter would be happy playing there all day if she could. We will be back regularly and can't wait to have Octavia's 3rd birthday party here."

"I am so glad this place opened! It is such a great asset for our community. Not only is it a fun place for the kids but it’s a wonderful place to meet other mamas. My son had a great time playing here and the staff could not be sweeter! They were very interactive with him and I felt like it was a very safe place for my son to play. He had a great time shooting hoops, playing on the train and the huge connect 4 game was a big hit! My son absolutely loved the waffle sticks that they make in house. We are looking forward to coming back :)"
