"Specifically came here as they advertise all these exotic and cool flavors of soft serve… that is a lie. for example, if you order the chocolate chip soft serve, it’s vanilla, with a bunch of chocolate chips just thrown on the top of it- The only actual flavors of soft serve they have are vanilla and pineapple. they don’t even have chocolate . Super lame."

"Love love their boba but Recently tried the milk chocolate dubai and was super disappointed it was so thick in chocolate than the actual filling I was expecting a little more. And the chocolate smelled very dark even though again it was milk. Wasted money and did not enjoy Didn’t even finish it not sure if I should even ask for a refund."

"This out of the way Boba Bar has great selection, friendly atmosphere, and pretty good flavours. I hope that they are able to succeed despite being nearly invisible from the street, as it is one of the better Boba locations in the community, and serves snacks to boot! (More places should have an arcade machine like this~)"

"Soul Sweet - The Dessert House in Scotts Valley is a cheerful lively pop music sweet stop for ice cream, boba teas, and they even have Taiyaki (it’s like a pancake pressed in the shape of a fish 🐠 & filling with custard , sweet bean or chocolate). I had the Thai Iced Tea with boba (tapioca balls). This is a nice place for kids or a freshmen after a movie at the yr Cinelux theaters near by! This location is hidden, just go towards the back & it’s on the side of Ace Hardware & besides Eric’s Deli. (This used to be Rita’s but they closed)"

"Me and my friend went to get some boba and taiyaki the other day and the 7/9 taiyaki we ordered together had uncooked dough batter inside of it making it taste weird. I brought it to their attention and they didnt offer a refund or maybe even a discount for next time since they literally didnt fully cook the food I paid for. They offered to remake it but whats the point of remaking it if youre going to make it the excact same way you did the first time? I asked them instead to warm it up for a few minutes and then they warmed it up to long which ultimately led to me having a burnt taiyaki. They also didnt refund my taiyaki that had batter in it just cooked the two i asked them too. Overall it was just a bad experience and I dont think I will be coming back here, which sucks since last year when i went the customer service was good and the taiyaki didnt have uncooked batter inside of it…"
