"we weren't here long as we just wanted a warm drink for a cold night ahead and decided to stop in and grab a seasonal beverage which was the 'winter dream latte' we received our drinks shortly after ordering and they were extremely hot even through the cardboard sleeve. we gave it a few minutes to cool off and eventually drank and finished our lattes. they were so good and tasted exactly how that should which wasn't too overwhelming of a flavor. i would note that there really isn't a lot of parking but luckily when we went the small parking lot was mostly empty."

"Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's cozy coffee shop in the nice neighborhood of Seal Beach close to the beach. This coffee shop is perfect for grab and go, otherwise inside seating is sparse, additional space with a couple of tables outside in front of the shop. The downside, there's is a parking place right in front, however a lot of the spots are reserved for customers of other shops or limited to 30min. parking."

"It is one of the best places I have been to enjoy my morning tea, located in the corner with the best service and not crowded at all, Clean and serving the best jasmine tea with a litter bit of vanilla powder is simply amazing. I'll go back again soon."

"Ordered a new drink and when I got my drink it had none of the add ons, no sprinkles, no chocolate sauce , no chocolate whip. And I ordered extra sauce on my other drink and it only came with a normal amount of sauce (the drink is supposed to already come with it) the drink I didn't pay extra to add extra chocolate sauce for didn't even come with any when the description states that it does. Payed almost $17 for two basic drinks when they were supposed to have add ons ."
