"I do not know how to say this in a nicer way, but the service is just awful. The employees are all consistently rude and unfriendly (except for maybe two people). I understand that it gets busy, but there is absolutely no reason to let your emotions out on customers the way that so many of these employees do. Also, their prices are a bit high. I only go here because I am on campus and I do not want to support Starbucks, which is the only other cafe on campus that I know of."

"I just got a mango smoothie and the blender sounded so loud like something was wrong with it, I got my smoothie and there were literal metal chunks that I spit out. I showed them to the baristas but they didn’t know what to do. It seems like the two working there weren’t trained very well, they didn’t know how to handle the situation and another person walked up saying she was sorry and that she would tell the manager. I feel like they should have remade my drink or refunded me, I didn’t want to bring it up to be mean but I was just upset I almost drank pieces of metal in a smoothie I paid $6 for."

"This cafe is practical because you have a coffee right next to a computer zone, so pretty neat. On terms of service, you cant expect it to be best, expect to encounter the cashier with an attitude or to have your coffee not like you ordered. Other than that pretty good."

"The Library Cafe is nice. There seems to be plenty of space to study, and for being an open area it wasn't super loud. There is plenty of space for groups to work....I was surprised how many tables there were when I went behind the service area! As I went there in the evening, I can't comment on what it's like during the day....hence 4 stars."
