I ordered my favorite beverage Tuesday morning and staff were friendly & quick to deliver the Best one I have ever tasted! Yes, the price went up yet they did not skimp on using a generous portion of matcha powder. I enjoyed every sip. 🥰"

"TL; DR This place has gone down hill in everyway except the huge outdoor awning. Would be closed by now if it weren't for their contract with Costco. Just left for the last time after the closing barista is flat out blaring Linkin Park so loud even my ANC headphones couldn't drown out the crappy emo screaming rants. I don't need peace and quiet when I go to a coffee place but it should be background music pleasant enough that it feels subtle and perhaps uplifting (plenty of "coffee house rock" stations out there to stream, pick one) that people can have conversations without having to battle some rockstar's unresolved childhood wounding through ballad. The new baristas lack a modicum of nicety the former baristas offered over the past 3 years I've been coming here. I won't speculate on why literally the whole staff is new but being in the hospitality industry for 30 years I have some good ideas. Just feels like 9 out of 10 times I come in it's an inconvenience for them. Recently waited probably 3-4 minutes while the one barista working (clearly not her responsibility to make sure the establishment is properly staffed...this is for the owner to do) finished making a sandwich (must have been a lucky day because customers never know if they'll ACTUALLY be serving food on any given day) but didn't verbally acknowledge my presence for a good minute. Again, it doesn't take much to be polite these days, just a "hello, good afternoon!! I'll be with you in just a second." Gone are the days when I could get a gluten-free muffin at 2:00. Baked goods are scarce after 12noon if anything is available at all. That one table upstairs is STILL broken after at least 3 months.. Best thing now is the awning....not many places you can enjoy some mediocre coffee outside while it's raining. I give this place another year before it degrades into the abyss like the old Avid Coffee, now Brew Bros., and Taylor Lane just rides out on their Costco sales."

"One of my favorite cafes I’ve visited! I love the calm vibe here where there’s plenty of space for people to engage in whatever they want to work on. There are work lights provided upstairs as well. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is really good! The hot maple pecan latte blew us away! Perfect for fall vibes 🍁. The location is really sweet too, right next to couple other nice spots!!"
