However, I noticed that all the employees, including the lead shift server, seemed emotionless and lacked a friendly attitude. The broth was rich with robust pork and shrimp flavor, but it didn't quite capture the essence of a classic Vietnamese pho. It was missing the subtle sweetness and aromatic spice balance typically found in other pho cafes. While the garnishes were fresh, the broth's flavor profile didn’t align with my expectations. If you enjoy a highly savory and less sweet broth, you might find it appealing. However, if you’re looking for a more traditional, sweeter broth, I recommend exploring other options. This experience will be my first and last visit to this restaurant. I chose to leave a tip despite the staff's noticeable lack of warmth or acknowledgment. We will not return here to dine again."

"This is one of my favorite restaurants in Simi. I like the vermicelli dishes, the sandwiches, and the spring rolls. I’ve done both dine in and take out and been happy either way! I haven’t had the drinks yet but keep meaning to try them."

"SO good if you're looking for vegetarian and plant-based options! I got the vegetarian pho and vegetarian egg rolls and tofu spring rolls and they were amazing. My kids got the kids meals which came with chicken, rice, and egg rolls. My 1 year old loved it and it was his first time having Vietnamese food. The 5 of us also got a mango boba smoothie to share and we loved it. The kid menu is a bit costly compared to other places, but it was a fun experience and the service was amazing. We will definitely return!"
