"We have been here twice, I forgot to review the first time. We don't live anywhere near here, but we're passing through and I remembered "Tio's Cafe" so we stopped again. This place is so good, I may just make it a plan to come by again. The food is great, the service is great. First time was breakfast, second was lunch. I really enjoyed everything."

"We have lived here in Simi for years and finally decided to try this place! Well.... we have been missing out! The food is delicious and the prices are outstanding. The menu offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Our server was the sweetest and very attentive. We will be back! This mall should be going thru some crazy construction soon. At this point, nothing has happened. We heard that there will be apartments coming into the left section of this plaza. Seems everything has been put on hold."

"Came here for dinner. Great food, service, Ambience, background music and TV. Fair prices. Breakfast all day which made my child happy. She got the pancakes which were Mickey Mouse shape. It came with eggs and sausage. No photo because they tore into it. We had the burger combo. Solid good ol burger with seasoned fries and deli pickle. Chicken strips are battered pieces of chicken not generic strips. Definitely coming here again."

The service is awesome...our water and coffee cups were always full. We really enjoyed our breakfast...we will be back!!"
