"Coop in Solana Beach is an absolute gem. It’s just a short walk from the train station and close to the freeway, but it feels like a little neighborhood secret. The pastries and food dishes are fantastic – fresh, creative, and super satisfying. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality you get. The entire restaurant is completely gluten-free, but you honestly wouldn’t know it from the taste. If you don’t normally eat gluten-free, you’ll probably like the food even more because it’s so well done – you just feel good after eating there. On top of that, the staff is very, very friendly and welcoming. They really seem to care about the customers and the experience. Overall, Coop is well worth a visit (or many). I’m already looking forward to going back."
