She is clearly the backbone of this place. I’ve been in several times and witnessed her handle entitled rude patrons with poise and grace. Coffee was outstanding and even the biscuits and gravy were delish. Good leadership is so rare in service, it’s worth pointing out."

If you get there when they open at 6am, the shop smells like fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. I ordered one with my iced Vanilla, Lavender, Oakmilk Latte and the cookie and coffee were delicious. Not to mention, if you try their fresh scones you will never eat a scone from Starbucks again! There’s also a great variety of fresh, hot tea options."
