"Initial experience- store only had 1 customer, my mom wanted boba so we came here (hole in the wall place) it’s cute but no a/c just a fan near the front counter. We were not greater but the cashier just watched us and was like what drink do you want… my mom tried ordering and the girl was having “trouble” understanding her. My mom kept trying to tell her what she wanted and the cashier kept saying strawberry what when my mom said lemonade. Then my mom was limonada- since she was not understanding. Turns out she knows Spanish because after she got my mom’s order she shouts BYE to the customer leaving (freakin hurt my ears!) and she just kept rushing us… tbh not the best experience - stayed to write this review and probably won’t come again. Drink was ok. Like I said cute place just no good customer service and the drinks are ok."

"Hello. I came here a month ago for the first time ever and had no idea what to expect. I’m deaf and I had so many questions about the menu. When I first came in the girl saw me signing and she started signing back to me. This meant the world to myself and my deaf sister. She recommended a few drinks and explained what they tasted like. The drink that I got was amazing! The only thing is, is that none of the other workers sign and it’s complicating to ask for something custom made. I don’t see her as often but is there a way i can know what days she works its easier to communicate."

"Delicious boba place, better than your average boba place. The milk teas and the regular teas are both delicious. The boba is great, not hard or too soft. When you ask for less ice they actually give you less ice. I've tried the strawberry matcha & Thai tea boba. Both delicious, well balanced. They only have one size. You can get it less sweet as well. Store sells cute trinkets & bags. There is a table inside to sit, but not a lot of seats. I would definitely recommend this place."
