"This place is absolutely wonderful! I visited for the first time today and didn’t know exactly how to order, but the cashier was so kind and patient in guiding me through it. When I needed to use the restroom, she handed me the key at just the right timing. She also recommended a drink that turned out to be perfect for me—it was incredibly delicious! We even chatted, and she told me she had visited Ueno in Tokyo last year. Her service was truly outstanding and made my experience here extra special. I will definitely be back here again in September."

"My friend and I visited over the weekend and received water down drinks that went directly to the trash along with the pastry that had a fly in it. Once we went back to see if we can get a remake we noticed MAGGOTS on the counter along with moldy looking like blenders they use when making drinks. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION"

"Came here as we've had good experiences with the other stores. The baristas here are aloof. They were chatty and not making drinks for the waiting customers. It took way too long. Barista also doesn't know how to make drinks. My shot was made long before my milk was steamed. And when she steamed the milk it just had a foam cap and the milk was runny on my cappuccino. When combined with the old shot, the drink went straight to the garbage. But it's just what you would expect when the barista is busy talking and laughing and not paying attention. The other locations are great, I would avoid this one."

"This place needs better management. There is no where to sit and enjoy your coffee. The drinks are a hit n miss, same with customer service. The place smells bad as well. Like dirty mop! The one in HP you can smell the coffee as soon as you walk in. Not here and my drink today had some funky refrigerator taste. I gave this location too many chances and will not be coming back."
