"We came across this shop while walking around The Shops at Heavenly Village. We came to Lake Tahoe with our big family group in Sept 2025 so this review is a little late. The cookies were soft, chewy and delicious!! A little too sweet though. When we arrived, the cookie glass case wasn’t too full. I like that have a variety of cookies and brownies."

"Came in abt an hour before closing and they were completely out of cookie cake and several cookies. We got a section of the cookies they had and some of them had been burned. Also prices were pretty high, it was a little over 6$ for a single scope of chocolate ice cream. The people working there were friendly enough and it was clean inside."

"We were in South Lake Tahoe for Christmas and I ordered a large cookie cake for my son’s birthday while we were there. The good news is that it looked good which made the $54 cost a little easier to swallow. The bad news is that it was totally underbaked and had a paper lining stuck to the bottom of the cake that was hard to cut through and would not come off without effectively destroying each slice. On the bright side, they apologized and immediately refunded the cost when I called the store a few days later."
