"I was craving a bold cup of decaf coffee with plenty of cream, and this place delivered exactly that. The atmosphere inside felt warm and welcoming, making it easy to relax. The staff was friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain how things work without any rush. Even though espresso is not available, the server handled my request patiently and clearly. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied."

"I feel like I’m gambling every time I go here 😭 I always order the same drink with the same specifications, so it’s really easy to tell when someone’s just eyeballing the amount of cream or sweetener when they’re making my drink. Please start measuring and put an end to the inconsistency 😭"

"Don’t come unless you have a mobile order. You will just watch them pile up in front of you while they prioritize the new mobile orders over folks in line. Worth it if you do mobile orders as the coffee is great One other critique is that when they charge six dollars for a 16 ounce coffee, they should at least come close to filling it up. They don’t."

"Been coming here for years and usually order in person. This is the second time I ordered online because I was in a hurry. The last time I ordered my coffee was cold Because my coffee was made way before my pickup time, it was fine I didn’t say anything. Today we ordered and told my husband where to look for “ as this location seems to have 3 different location for pickup, non with signs) after 40 minutes I went to ask and they said my coffee was by register. My coffee had been sitting there for 35 minutes. I asked the cashier why they don’t have signs, that my coffee has been sitting there for 35+ minutes and now it’s cold. She asked this guy with long hair and some gray pants and he flat just laughed and asked me “ What do I want” with an arrogant tone, so I gave him the same attitude and told him, I want a hot coffee that I paid for. He then asked a guy with colored hair and he said no problem! I’m not sure who that person first person was but he needs to work on his customer service…thanks to the guy with the colored hair for being so awesome 😎"
